A friend of mine having a bad day, we laugh about it now but he broke 2 ribs and his wrist during this event. I took the photo and have the entire sequence, this was the "money shot" though.

That was shot with a Sony A200, I'm now using a Sony A560. Here is another shot, same jump 20 min later, same result.

I worked off that coast for years (Morgan City most) and I've seen some crazy stuff out there!

I worked off that coast for years (Morgan City most) and I've seen some crazy stuff out there!

Then you have probably been to my hometown. Twenty miles West of Morgan City is Franklin. Born on a cane plantation and raised in Franklin. My dad had a fishing camp in the marsh south of Morgan City.

Thanks! That was early this morning, looking out of a 2nd-story window facing east...not bad considering my basic old point-and-shoot camera and lack of skill with it.
