You know what would be an interesting effect. Instead of the "Windows 2009" put the "Windows" by itself at the top and the "Se7en" below. The other would see "Windows 7 or Se7en" at the top with the 2009 below the blocks.

Hey fellas! I was wondering if anyone with some skill could take my current wallpaper and add some windows 7 theme into it. Very similar to the one stolen from Skunksmash at the bottom of this post. (Thanks btw skunk & nice desktop! ) I use 1680x1050!
Take my regular red/black one here :
and add some lines/partitions/I dont know what to call them really. Either similar to skunksmash's at the bottom of this post or similar to this one here :
and then add the windows 7 logo similar to skunks! Bottom right corner is probably best for the logo, but other than that, if anyone is willing to do so, you have creative freedom. I'm merely throwing out my own ideas. Thanks for anyones time reading this.

I'm not running Photoshop and a few others. Those are simply some ideas for these guys to work with. The one with the large blast is supposed to give the appearance of the different editions of 7 once released.

Also a png file just open it up and it has no background once you cut out the "JS" its awesome for editing

If you are running 7 you simply have to copy the theme over from the sub folder all that is found in over to the "C:Windows\Resources\Themes|Aero\en-US\" for US and open up the Personalization option like you would for changing a theme or wallpaper there.
Don't mind the rest since those were copied separately but note where the arrow points to for the theme you copy from the MCT-? sub folder depending on which one or all is transferred. The copied theme(s) appear right away.

This forum is for wallpaper with out your icons, docks, gadgets, and taskbar showing. Like below. There is a "Post Your Windows 7 Desktops!" forum for that.

As for keeping it simple and still being able to reflect the desktop ending up out in limbo somewhere I had to come up with something that resembled the problem.
