In keeping with last years santa hat avatars, its once again time to dig em out!!

Christmas is a ways off.
We have Thanksgiving coming at us and I know we have a bunch of turkey's here in this forum!

I know...Turkey day is next (incl. Black Friday)
but we're in the habit to put up the tree early.
It started out for the kids, so they got more (joy) out of it.
Where I grew up, the tree would be set up on Christmas Eve and we kids couldn't take any part in it (for obvious reasons
so that's the reason why.

My rose avatar would be lost in a hat but I do have a wreath for it that I use. It is a bit too early for me though. Still have son's birthday and Thanksgiving ahead.

I was just headed out to rake leaves ... But I can do this now.
It just doesn't look right without tapping the feet also.
But as I remember .. You had me put the feet in concrete

no, the lower half of the image has been made to look like the mushroom cloud of a nuke, whereas the top half is a tree.

It might not be saving as a gif, if you just drag and drop it on your desktop, it should retain the GIF extension. It worked for me when I did it that way.

@ swarfega - When you drag the GIF to the desktop, open it with IE or Firefox, you should see the animation then. If you can't see any animation on any of the avatars, you need to adjust your browser to allow java script.

Note that it's just a blending of layers I set up, the effect is kind of subtle, although I could increase the glow radius.
