Take a deep breath, let it out slowly through the nose, then open back of throat slowly to exhale.
Might have to use stomach muscles to get desired effect.

BTW: The 'circle' in the photo of my avatar is a buckle on the belt of my shorts.

I always see the circular curl at the base of the I in my signature as a 'smile'.
